My Story

A Journey of Impact & Inclusion

From policy rooms to communities, driving inclusive solutions that turn ideas into action and create lasting social and economic impact.

I am a Research Fellow in the Weatherhead Scholars Program at Harvard University’s Weatherhead Center for International Affairs, with over five years of experience in project management, labour rights, gender inclusion, and social dialogue. My career with the International Labour Organization (ILO), UNICEF, WWF, and other international development organizations has focused on translating policy into meaningful, community-level impact. As former Provincial Coordinator of the ILO in Balochistan, I led stakeholder consultations, UN coordination, gender and disability inclusion initiatives, labour policy development, and capacity-building programs across Pakistan. A Fulbright Alumna and member of the ILO Global Disability Champions Network, I am committed to advancing inclusive economic growth, empowering underrepresented communities, and creating sustainable opportunities through evidence-based policy and collaborative action.
